Shells of Deceit..

Written for One Single Impression

Prompt: Shells
( Thanks to Sandy Carlson)

Shells of Deceit..

ah, explosions
in my inner being;
shells of deceit..

slowly I rise
unscarred from the debris;
spirit renews

revelations
only after the attack;
lesson for life..

relationships
without false pretensions;
lighter heart and soul..

my protection;
elimination of all
non-essentials..

RS:)

  9. Very nice, Ramesh. Wherer would we be if we didn't have the option of retreat into that shell. Or where would we be if we never left it?
